physical conditioning, discipline, and motivation.
• Juventus Football Academy (Dushanbe, Tajikistan):
• Head coach for the 5–7 age group.
• Assistant coach for the 8–12 age group.
• Assistant coach in various age categories.
• Tajikistan National Team (Women):
• Assistant coach for the U-14 and U-19 teams.
• Played for the Tajikistan national team for many years.

Professional Playing Experience:
Madina is a professional footballer, playing as a forward. Since 2007, She has been a member of the Tajikistan
women’s national team and has served as its captain since 2015. She have participated in international tournaments,
AFC championships, and major competitions, including the 2018 Asian Games.
International Playing Experience:
Madina is the first Tajik female footballer to play for foreign clubs. She played in the Maldives (2017, 2019, 2021),
winning the Maldivian championship in 2019, and in 2021, she became the first Tajik female footballer to play for a
European club in Georgia.
